Upcoming Screening!

On January 18, 2013, in News & Updates, by admin

The first public screening of the film is taking place next weekend!  Saturday January 26th at 1pm to be exact. I was contacted by the Pritzker Military Library located in Chicago, Illinois a couple of weeks ago asking about the possibility of screening the film in their  library as part of their Saturday matinee events.  I am honored that the film was invited to be screened at the prestigious library. After the screening there will be a panel discussion and Q /A  with myself and the psychologist who was a consultant on the film, Dr. John Mundt. The audience will be able to ask questions about the making of the film or any of the issues addressed in the film. There will also be an opportunity to purchase the film along with the companion discussion guide co-written by Dr. Mundt. The discussion guide is designed to aid educators, mental health practitioners, community leaders, veterans, and family members in discussion and understanding of the issues related to the invisible wounds of war (PTSD).

To find out more information on the screening check out the Pritzker Military Library website here: http://www.pritzkermilitarylibrary.org/Home/Upcoming-Events.aspx

Warmest Regards,
